Hey,
i have a Problem regarding a new Approval Workflow/Project i created Yesterday, i took the Template "Document Approval" and edited the workflow where i killed the possibility to go from "In Review" to "Approved" and used the Automation:
Restrict users Who have previously updated an issues status
it worked flawlessly about 20 hours ago.
I tested it with my own and a test account, however, now i tried it with my colleagues and it suddenly doesn´t work anymore, i don´t get an error message nor anything.
i tested it yesterday in a span of 2 hours and it worked everytime on multiple Devic es.
the automation limit is´nt the Problem, neither is permissions, do you know why this might be happening?
i had the same Problem with the same Project before, suddenly when i edited the workflow a bit, no automation was working anymore, is there maybe something i am missing?

I would check a few things - do you see any error messages in the audit logs? Are you sure if the changes made were saved. And do you see the automation run with your login?
Also is it possible to add a screen shot of your automation?

Without the audit log it would make it little difficult to debug.
As per your screen shot - one of the conditions is to restrict the transition to users who have not moved an issue the issue previously. I would check the Jira item's history that you think the automation should have run. See if that gives you any clue.
