Hi , I am unable to see anything under Automation when I try to locate the rules, audit log, and library. Can someone please help? Thanks

What happens if you do the following: Login to Jira >> press "." in your keyboard >> in the pop-up type Automation >> search. Do you get this page:
If so, do you see the automation rule that was created for project customer education? try also accessing your cloud site using incognito in Google Chrome maybe it can help.
It works fine on my end using my test instance.
