Hi

Is possible that jira copy  the issue automaticly??

Issue created one time, but 4 copy of this same issue created Simultaneously and now not exist 4 copy of this issue!! originally 4 copy of issue deleted automaticly. :|

I'm wrong or there was an error!!!!

please guide me.

I had a similar problem once.

The root cause was that the index of JIRA was not in its default location but in a custom one. This caused indexing delays and one of the consequences was the duplication of tickets.

Another symptom of this problem was that often the index got "caught behind" and it was not possible to create new tickets until a new reindex was complete.

I am not sure this is of help, but it reminds me of that situation i had, so I mention it.
