Hi,
I need to create automated tickets for holidays for the entire year of 2025 for 9 countries and the goal is to keep them running for the years after.
How do I do this? Do I first need to create issues for each holiday?

If you can calculate when the holidays will occur, you could try using an automation rule with a scheduled trigger to add the issues once per year.
If you are unable to calculate the holidays, you could create a spreadsheet with the issue data and import them once per year.
