hello guys

i was wondering is there a way that  users can generated more fields on the screen ?

for example a field name email if someone fill the fields an option to add more value on a new filed will appear 

like email :

you want to add more ?

email 2:

email 3:

and so on

yes am filmier with the dynamic fields 

but on the dynamic i will have as an admin to create unlimited number of fields 

and i want to be auto generated be the users
