Is it possible to attach an email to a specific JIRA ticket by mentioning something in the Subject line of an email. Does JIRA process our exchange environment emails for a specific text in Subject line.

Every time attaching an email to a ticket is tedious and time-consuming.

Hi @Jeffrey De Guzman - Sort of.  :) Jira can process email content and add it as a comment (not as an attachment) to a Jira issue, when a Jira issue ID is included in the subject line or message headers.

Here's more about this comment feature and "creating via email" feature in general:  https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/creating-issues-and-comments-from-email-802592933.html#Creatingissuesandcommentsfromemail-issuecommentcreationIssue/commentcreation

Hope this helps,
