atlas-install-plugin on standalone Jira (not from sdk)

Can I use atlas-install-plugin command to install plugins remotely on standalone Jira, not from atlassian sdk.

I try locally and with sdk Jira (atlas-run-standalone --product jira) it works fine. I can install plugin with atlas-install-plugin.

But on this Jira -> https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download, atlas-install-plugin doesn't work.

So, I wonder - is it even possible to install plugin using this command on simple standalone jira?

For atlas-install-plugin '404' problem, I have already found solution.

Which also gives answer for this question. It's possible!
You just need to do some preparation on target Jira instance (install all necessary plugins, that will help you with executing SDK commands).

Hi Pylypenko, the atlas-install-plugin is part of Atlassian SDK and it requires the instance to run some maven components that don't exist on the standalone distribution, so it's not suposed to work.
