assignee list is empty on jira
only contain unassigned and assign to me
any idea about that
was working before

I think we have the same issue. All spaces users are missing.

Hi it is potential Atlassian Cloud Incident Affecting User-Related Functionality. 

There is still nothing reported on the status page, but I expect they will post an update shortly.

Same on our site. Also all automations are failing because of "The rule actor doesn't have permission to view the event that triggered this rule". Actor ist "Automation for Jira"

Same issue on our site - seems to be a Problem on the Atlassian backend, we're waiting for the Status Page beeing updated.
