i have tickets with asset connected to them. i can see the asset in the UI of the ticket. for most of the tickets, when i go to the asset itself, i see in 'linked worked items' that the ticket is there. but sometimes, i don';t see the ticket in the 'linked worked items' of the asset even due i see it in the ui. that situation is giving me wrong results when i ask through API what assets linked to an issue. why this is happening and how can i solve it? attached screenshots.
This looks like it can be solved by checking how assets are linked in the project settings. Sometimes the website setup or permissions stop the link from showing. Reviewing the asset configuration usually helps fix this.
