android mobile error

Time tracking is not active in the Android application. There is no response to clicking.
The iPhone is normal.
Please check.

Thanks for reaching out to Community!

Testing on my Android phone, I was able to view and log time on a ticket.

I'm using Android 8.1.0 and the Jira App version is v45.0.403.

Please, confirm if the App is on the latest version. 

If you log some time on the ticket, does it show any information?

If you log time using the web version and then check the same ticket on mobile, does it show the information?

Note that, the Time tracking will only show if you log time and for that, you can click on the Clock icon on the top.
