an unknown error occurred when creating a virtual agent

Hello, 

I am getting an an unknown error occurred when creating a virtual agent.  There is no way for me to choose any default request type as they all obviously require the summary field which is mandatory.  There has to be some work around or I am doing something wrong.

Can you maybe share what exactly is the error you're seeing?

Are you saying you cannot select any request type? Also, do these request types that you're trying to select have Summary field on their forms?

I believe that error could happen if the default request type for the (VSA) is not set, is hidden from the portal, or has required fields (like Summary) that the agent cannot fill in automatically.

🤔You could try to create generic request type and make sure that the request type is visible on the portal (not hidden) + that no fields are required.
