admin privileges

my department gave me an admin privileges , but still I can't make some changes such as deleting ticket and starting a sprint its giving me as attached error , for your kind support

Hi @Nada Alzahrani welcome to the community.  Having admin privileges doesn't necessarily mean that you an perform these actions.  Please talk to your jira admins about adding you into the permission scheme or the user roles you are a member of into a permission scheme that will allow you to perform these actions.

Project permissions are bases on the permission scheme a particular project is associated with.

Please check the permission scheme of the relevant project and look for the specific permission (f.e. delete issues) and if you are part of the group or project role or specific user that has this permission.

Does the URL of your Jira have atlassian.net in it or not?
