adding bulk members to Authentication policy

Hi Team,

Trying to change the Authentication policy of members in this process I tried to add a csv file containing the emails of the members whose authentication policy has to be changed.

It throws an error as 

We don’t recognize one or more emails. Make sure to enter an email in this format: sample@mail.com. but our organization email ends as sample@organisationname.on.ca

If you have a header row in your csv with Email in it remove that row. It should import after that.
