adding a label with the expertise of the user answering the request, is it possible?

Hi all!!!

I have this request from one of my user, and I do not know even how is it named.

They want to add a label like this

where it is shown the name of the user and the level of expertiece in a subject. 

Is it possible to do in jira? they want to add to the agent answering the request to be shown something like that.

I agree with @Kathy Hart , I have never seen this implemented.

Maybe you can add some information to the signature?

Hi Hana!!! 

Yes!! I thought the easiest way is while replying to the customer, first of all add "/status", select the background colour and set the value for that "status" with the job title.  As this status is going to be shown right at the bottom of the user name, it will be like a signature and will moke the label as they want..

I do not believe you can do this with Jira out of the box. There may be an app that will allow this, but I do not know of one.
