Hi My account and workspace appear to be deactivated on the 23rd July. Due to personal reasons I have not been able to log into my account Is there anyway to speak to someone about restoring the data. A love an AI chat bot but they are not assisting and it just appears to link to pages that are not helpful. Is there an actual email address that will b elooked at by a person

Hello @vaneon

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Dou you mean your subscription, your Jira site, was deactivated? Did you receive an email stating the reason for deactivation? Was it a Free subscription deactivated due to inactivity?

If so then you may find this article helpful.

Atlassian Jira/JSM/Confluence Free Tier Inactivity & Data Deletion Timeline

After deactivation of a free subscription Atlassian permanently deleted the day 15 days later, as mentioned in the article.

It also provides information about how to contact Atlassian about this.

Thank you, Trudy, this was the free version, as I was using it to do home tasks and learn Jira cloud for my new Job role. I have managed to reach out to someone on an email and now have a Jira task. Bizarrely, I can still log in and have a project but no actual tasks associated with it.

One question on the restore process what is the "JIra Container" that is listed?

Hello @vaneon

In what document are you finding the phrase Jira Container?
