accessibility settings in cloud jira

Hi,

I have a team member who's colorblind. I found that there are some helpful settings :

but it looks like it only works for server version. Is it so? and why...?

I've been looking thru some documentation to see what I could find but sadly on Cloud not too much.

I did find the following feature suggestion https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68283 about color blindness specifically so might be good to vote/watch that one just in case.

And here is the suggestion on accessibility compliance, added in 2004:

There is a related suggestion for Jira Server/Data Center version which appears to be "in progress".
