My colleague had submitted an access request for me a few days ago, but I was still not added to the access list in my company. Do you know who I can contact to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Unfortunately, no, we don't know who you need to contact.

We are a user community populated by customers, like you, using our own companies' Atlassian products.

I suggest you reach out to your company's technical support organization, or ask you colleague to try to escalate the request they already created.
