a REPORT of epics with last comment for each one

I just want to have a report/query where can I have a list of all epics with the last comment

You can easily do this via advanced search.

Simply input your query eg project = xyz and issuetype = epic to filter all the Epics
Then click the "Export" (all fields) option
If you select CSV with ALL fields, you will actually get every comment, however the most recent ones will display in a column titled "Comment"
