Zephyr to Cloud using JCMA

Hi all, Do you know when will be possible to migrate Zephyr test cases, execution, cycles, and so on using the JCMA tool of Jira? We are currently in the migration process from Server to Cloud and we need this to migrate the projects that currently use Zephyr and avoid a big impact.

Hello @Gonzalez Agudelo, Diana JCMA based migration is yet to get release in the market.

If you have migrated the jira data using site import then we have another option available to migrate the zephyr data. Let us know.

Yes have already imported the projects that are using and still need to use test cycles in zephr, can you help here please.

How do we import the test cycles without upgrading zephr on prem please.

We are trying to get all projects operational in the cloud to decomm old on prem server env.

For requests like this, the best thing you can do is to reach out to the vendor directly (for Zephyr, that is Smartbear). From the marketplace listing of the app, you should be able to find a link to create a support request with them directly.
