I am currently experiencing an issue with adding test execution chart report gadgets to a Confluence page. Here are the specifics:

1. Unable to Add Gadgets: I cannot find the option to insert the test execution chart report gadgets using the page macro functionality.
2. Gadget Not Available in Search: Additionally, I have searched for the gadgets but they do not appear in the search results.

On the Cloud side, adding external gadgets from other Jira instances, like Data Center, is a limitation that Atlassian have covered in this older feature request . I would suggest you to vote for it and watch it for further updates.

Workarounds

At this point, the closest workaround would be to use the following Jira macros in Confluence, which are used to retrieve information from any Jira instance connected to Confluence Cloud (either Server or Cloud, as long as they are integrated via application links):

• The Jira issues macro allows it to be pointed to the external instance to retrieve Jira content from there.

• The Jira chart macro (that is also part of the Jira macro but has charts and other tips of features to be used).
