Zephyr: How to solve "Too many incorrect logins for this account." ?

I guess, I'm not the first one who asked this question but I couldn't find a solution yet how to solve the problem.

Everytime I try to connect to Jira Server via Zephyr, I get the error message "Too many incorrect logins for this account ..." 

Any idea how to solve this problem? More infos needed?

• macOS High Sierra
• Chrome browser
