I'm a frequent user of the Zendesk Jira integration and have noticed an issue since the most recent update.
Previously, when clicking on the URL to open a Zendesk ticket from Jira, the ordering of the tickets would stay the same. Currently, after a ticket link is clicked, if tickets are sorted by "Updated Date," the ticket ordering will spontaneously rearrange. It is unclear what the rearranged ordering is based off of
The issue does not seem to occur if the tickets are sorted by Subject
@Tommy Moorman are you seeing the problem on the Zendesk side?if yes then you will have to report it to Zendesk support.

Did you try in a test environment to see if you are getting the same behavior?
I am looking through the integration documentation I didn't come across the tickets order yet.

@Tinker Fadoua I'm not sure my organization has a test environment for Jira, or how we would set one up.
Is there any information about our setup it would be helpful for me to provide for troubleshooting?

Check with your Org Admin as they will be the best person to provide you the details about your configuration.
