Hi all
I am seeking some guidance on the best up to date method to link / integrate Zendesk to JIRA...
We are currently using Zendesk as a legacy application and any move JIRA is unfortunately over a year away... Zendesk has many deficiencies which can be easily addressed in JIRA...
Has anyone recently been through this issue and what apps etc are the best to use
( ie Zendesk JIRA Connector ?) having a link on JIRA will deliver so many benefits and i was also wondering whether the JIRA instance could also be used for the advanced reporting and if other apps ( automated time logging etc etc ) could be used...
