Youtrack Cloud to Jira Server Migration

I have accessed Youtrack's API to download all the tickets for a given project using a small C# app, however I now have a url's of attachments that are essentially broken links when imported to JIRA. How can I resolve this?

Additionally, what I have tried os exporting the youtrack database. However this export is all blob files. How can I convert these blob files back to their original format?

I think you probably need to ask this in a youtrack forum, we don't know how it stores its data
