This is a mail that I received yesterday.
Hi {company_name},
This is a final reminder that your Jira site, (URL), will be disabled on 2023-03-16 if it continues to remain inactive. At that point, you’ll lose access to Jira and your data will be permanently deleted soon after.
Log back in before 2023-03-16 to maintain access to Jira.
So, for context We only use Bitbucket. No other Atlassian services are used by us. So, I am a little confused as to why is there a site with our comapany name along with atlassian's extension. Also, will this inactivity harm my Bitbucket use and delete all info in that particular service if I don't stay active with Jira site. We might need atlassian's other products and services in the future but for now we want to stick with Bitbucket. We also don't want to have an issue adding more services/products later on. Can you please answer the above queries. Thanks.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This is what it says it is - someone in your organisation signed up for Jira a while ago, but none of you carried on using it, so it went dormant and is now about to be deleted.
This won't affect your Bitbucket usage at all.
It is just that the Jira instance will be going away. It won't affect your uptake of any other Atlassian product in the future.
