Hello support i was using a free jira plan for my school project and somehow it got suspended and switch to a premium plan is there any change i can get my project back on a free plan

Hey @Trudy Claspill i think this not helps me because i need to switch from premium to a free plan somehow i got a premium trial on my project and the trial is over and now it asks me to pay so i can reactivate my project but i want my project to continue under a free plan

Hello @vlatko 

It is asking you to pay, when you want to use the Free version. You have to deal with the fact that there is an outstanding bill. For that you need to talk to the Billing team.

If you are having trouble reactivating a subscription or getting it set to the right plan that is also something that the Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support team can help you accomplish.
