I´m setting up the Service Management and struggling with the portal configuration.
My account is a member of Jira Service Desk Team and the general admin of Jira
I don´t have the permissions to view/edit the portal settings as well as to transfer tickets.
Any ideas?

Go to application access and check what groups you need to be added into to make you become a service desk agent.
