You need a new license for this version of Jira

Hi, 
We want to migrate to Jira cloud but we need to upgrate our jira server before. I have a message how says : "You need a new license for this version of Jira."

But it's imposible to add some licences since february 2022.
Someone know what can I do

You can still renew your existing licences. that will let you move to a later version of Jira.

Get in touch with atlassian about a renewal via https://support.atlassian.com/contact, selecting the "billing" option from the "what is this about" list

Yes.  Your licence entitles you to use any version of the software released before the end date of the licence.  Jira 8.11 must have been released after the end of your current licence.
