You don't have permission to this issue

Dear Team,

We have created a project and added members and groups to get access to this project, but few members in the group have receiving the error like "You don't have permission to this issue". Please suggest how to give access to them .

Welcome to the community !!

Please recheck if the users are really added to project or not. 

Hoping you are in team managed project, project/jira admins can grant users the required access.
i.e. Go to https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/PROJECTKEY/settings/details

Under Access tab, Add People. 

You can also view the existing users here. 

In company managed project, go to https://<baseURL>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/PROJECTKEY/people, and add required users to the roles.
