I want to extend our analysis of our work in 2023 about some fun facts e.g., the ticket with the most comments or where the most contributors were involved.

Other fun facts are also appreciated.

How do I get this information in Jira?

Hi @Jennifer Tribbels -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I recommend creating your list of what measures you want to know.  And then discuss this with your Jira Site Admin to learn if you have any marketplace addons to enhance JQL search features.

Those first two examples you give cannot be found with the out-of-the-box JQL features: one requires counting comments and the other looking at the changelog for user activity.

Then I recommend you experiment to decide what you can / cannot find with queries.  Please look here for more information about what the built-in searches could find:
