Hi all,
I have the following problem:
Currently when I am creating a test execution from a test plan, I am the default assignee of the test execution. Therefor, I am also the default TestRun assignee for all test runs in this execution.
I have configured Xray to disallow the execution of tests in a specific workflow status.
So far so good, Xray only allows to execute tests in a certain status, and all other tests are marked with the warning sign.
Now, if I want to assign a test run, which is not allowed to be executed yet, to a different tester, I get the following error message:
Unexpected error has occurred
Request failed with status code 400
If I want to assign a test run in an executable state to a user, everything works fine.
Do you have any idea why it is not possible to assign a test run to a user, even though it cannot be executed yet?
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Hannes

Since the execution is not allowed, assigning a user to the Test Run should be disabled.
We have this reported in our backlog, XRAYCLOUD-3926, to fix.

Thank you.
