Xray License JIRA users, add additonal users later?

Hi We are planning to get a new test management tool, we are already using JIRA in our office so we thought Xray would be a good option for us. But i have few questions and i need to get some understanding on it.

1) Can we get Xray license just for Developers and Testers? 

2) or Does it depend on the number of JIRA users in our office?

3) Regarding the subscription, can we initially go with upto 10 users (developers and testers) and when we need license for more people can we increase number of users later on? 

4) If we can increase number of users when we need, can we have the additional users only for 1 or 2 months and pay for that?

If you mean the Xray app for Jira, then no, the licencing is moderately simple - the app licence number needs to match the number of users you have on your largest Jira application.  (By largest Jira, I mean if you have 25 Jira Core users, 50 Software users and 5 Service Desk Agents, Xray would need to be licenced for 50 as Software is the largest application)
