Xporter - Extract Test Step update time and Test Execution custom field

Dear All,
I am trying to extract the Test Step update time (i.e. time at which the status was changed) and the Test Execution custom fields using the Xporter app.
Could you please let me know what is the exact field name to get the time of update, and how to reference the Test Execution custom fields in the Xporter template (example of a custom field is "Postman Version").
