XSRF check failed in rest API post for jira cloud

Hi Team,
I wanted to add users to project role using rest api- post function. I tried with the below command
Method: post
https://visteon.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/project/HMIMEDIA/role/10009

Body:

}

Note: HMIMEDIA is my project key and 10009 is the developer role ID.

I get the below response:

403 forbidden - 

XSRF check failed

Can someone please help on the same.
