XRay - reports not showing defects, test steps, execution status

I added couple report templates to the xray plugin.

Every time there is an issue - defects are not visible in the report even if reported in test execution, test steps are not part of the report, statuses are not correct in the report, even username is not visible correctly, precondition does not have summary.
