XRAY Test case import option

Hi,

We have Jira cloud version and installed XRAY plug-in. But we not see option of Test case Importer in XRAY Testing board. Is there any additional privileges jira admin has to grant for user to use "Test case Importer" option

Hi @Jagadish Gubbi Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Yes, you need to have "Bulk Change" global permission and create issues permission on the project to see this option as mentioned in this documentation https://docs.getxray.app/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=62270459.

You need to request your Jira admin to grant you the permissions.

Hello, I too have this issue - I don't see the Import option for Cloud, either under Apps\Xray or System\External System Import.

I am the Org/Site Admin with bulk change permissions.
