XRAY Connector For Bamboo / Unable to create new jira test ticket.

Can someone help me out please? I'm trying to use XRAY Connector for bamboo version 1.1.2, I successfully set it up and it gave me response code 200. I also was able to successfully modified an existing test execution ticket in JIRA. however, I'm getting an error on test definition or when creating a new test ticket.

XRAY Json, error doesn't gave me what's the exact issue, can someone help me out please, what's the possible issue or sol'n for this?
