XLSX export showing dates as DD-MM-YYYY format

Dear All,
When I do an export from JIRA > Issues > Search > Export > XLSX (Current Fields), the date format is DD-MM-YYYY.
How can I change it to MM-DD-YYYY format? Please review and advise ... Thanks in advance!
