Hello Madhavi,

1. Check how Jira behaves once the plugin is installed, if there is any change in CPU, DB etc

2. Create a load on this plugin to check for the same as in point 1.

3. Get clear requirements from higher management what exactly they want to see, based on that go thru functionalities of chosen plugin

3. Pricing. If it's too high price, look for alternatives which can serve better
