please could you specify your request?

If you need to add label during ticket creation, please, add that field to creation screen.

Remenber that labels are free text for end user. If you need a set of values please use a Select List custom field.

iam working in JIRA for work management , where i have some labels for some sub tasks

i wanted to group them to create another task?

you can create a new task specifying all labels at your convenience. After doing that, if you need to move some subtask withing the new task please use move feature https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/move-an-issue/

For subtask, during move operation, you can select the new parent.
