Workload by assignee jira show all users/members of the team

When you view a summary of assigned work, is it possible to show ALL users/members of the team, even if they have 0 story points assigned to them.

It currently shows the table of users with the most down to the ones with the fewest points. However it doesn't show members with 0 story points.

We have a large team and some members don't show when they have no points assigned, i'd like them to show as 0 points.
