Working with Sub-Tasks on Kanban Board?
Hi all,
we want to work with sub-task and kanban boards. The sub-tasks were displayed, but cannot be transitioned to another status via drag-and-drop.
As you can see in following screenshot, by holding the sub-task the columns will not be highlighted.
The statuses are mapped properly, there aren't any issues left in the Kanban Backlog. Sub-Tasks uses the statuses "OPEN" and "IN PROGRESS", so I thought this should work.
How are you working with Sub-Tasks on a Kanban Board?

It sounds as though you have a different workflow for your sub-tasks and possibly there isn't a transition set up for just the sub-tasks.
Go to Project settings then Workflows and see if there is more than one workflow listed. Below you can see a screenshot of my project, which is showing that all issuetypes follow the same workflow

Thanks for your answer. We use different Workflows for Bugs, Epics, Stories and Sub-Tasks.
Bug, Epic, Story work fine, but not Sub-Tasks.
Is that an Issue? The Sub-Task uses a standard workflow, the statuses are mapped in the kanban board.
