Workflow

Hi there, 

I created a workflow in Jira for tasks management - really basic: to do, in progress and done. I have managed to change the status from to do and in progress to 'done' before but I can no longer do it. 

I haven't changed anything in the workflow. Would you be able to help please?

The rootcause can be the permissions if you did not change the workflow.

To set DONE status you need Resolve Issues permission in basic workflow. 

First please check if there is a condition as; "Only users with Resolve Issues permission can execute this transition." on DONE transition.

Then, please check if you have resolve issue permission. If you are admin, go to Settings >> System >> Permission Helper and check if you have resolve issue permission
