Workflow page returns "internal server error"

Hello dear community.
I have a brand new Jira Software project.
When I'm trying to open the page of workflow configuration page - it returns "internal server error"(screenshot attached). It stuck on this message and it apperas again right after I Refresh.I tryied in Firefox and Chrome browsers, incognito windows also. For my other projects in another session - it is working properly. As a result - there is no way to open Workflow configfuration page for my project.
It was wokring some time ago. Before that I drew couple workflows and created a workflow scheme.
