Hi, I am setting up JSM for our startup and we typically get a large volume of requests for new features or enhancements coming through our support channel from users. I'd like to have a standard workflow in our service management customer support board that will funnel these ideas into my design and prioritisation board, but I can't see a standard Request Type they can select to identify new ideas. Any ideas appreciated.
