Workflow for users submitting new feature requests

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi, I am setting up JSM for our startup and we typically get a large volume of requests for new features or enhancements coming through our support channel from users. I'd like to have a standard workflow in our service management customer support board that will funnel these ideas into my design and prioritisation board, but I can't see a standard Request Type they can select to identify new ideas.  Any ideas appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

Then you would need to create such a Request Type.

If you are not a project admin, develop one together.

Based on the project type, see the following information:

  1. create-request-types-in-company-managed-projects 
  2. create-request-types-in-team-managed-projects
