Workflow Descriptions not updated

I created a new workflow, assigned it to the a scheme and then the project however.  However, the drop down under "Workflow" when editing a task is not reflecting the most recent workflow description?

Hi James,

Did you copy an old workflow or did you create a brand new one?  I would definitly attempt a re-index and see if that helps.  If not, can you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing.
