Work logged (Time Spent) not appearing on Time Report

Work logged (Time Spent) not appearing on Time Report

Hello,

One of our admins is unable to see work logged on specific tickets for two users when he pulls a time report. I have already checked and seems he has all permissions granted to view and edit worklogs.

Both of these tickets have 20+ worklog entries, could that be the issue?

Yes, this is a Jira API limitation. You have to use a different API call.
