Work log entries does not show the right time

Since few days ago, each "log work" entry I create does not show the usual date and time it used to (the current).

After I save, it shows the work was/will be made 13h ahead.

I checked the timezone in my account preferences and it is right (and did not allow me to change it, I would try to make some tests...)

Is there another setting I should look ?

It appears that Jira is smarter than we thought! ;-) In my case for any day prior to daylight saving ending, a time of 9:00 appears as 10:00. This is correct as I am in Brisbane but my client is in Sydney. For work log entries after the 3rd match 9:00 entered displays as 9:00!
