I have a filter where I have a handful of columns listed and I noticed that the Work column is anchored to be the first. I also found some documentation that says it will always be in the first position.
This question is more for Jira so I'm not positive if I'm on the wrong forum for this. But is there any possibility of removing this feature of making the Work column be the first column. There's a particular way I would like to view some of the data on our tickets and the Work column I would like to be in the third or fourth place; not first.

No, I don't think you will be able to change. However, you might consider creating and saving the filter and then create a dashboard to add the Filter Results gadget. Then you can add columns and put them in the order you would like on the dashboard.

I was able to play with column settings for a Jira filter - you could unselect what you do not want.
