Work Flow needs to be edited

I have a Jira ticket, whose workflow is not set up correctly initially, is there any way to edit the workflow to reach to CLOSE status.

Attached is the screen shot of the workflow. I am not able to reach to DONE option, with this ticket.  I am not the administrator for this project

If I select analyze or implementation option, it just looks me back and does not head towards close option.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you show us the diagram for the workflow? You may be able to see this by clicking on the Status button for the issue and clicking on the View Workflow option.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will be shown at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project.

Are you an administrator for the project? Are you an administrator for the Jira system?

Can you be more specific about how you have determined that the issue can't reach the CLOSE status? Is there no path for getting to the CLOSE status at all? Or is it just that you can't transition to the CLOSE status from the current status assigned to the issue?

The gray arrow pointing to the Done status indicates that there is some path in this workflow to get to Done.

Unfortunately because the transition arrows are overlapping it is not possible to tell from this image exactly what the path is. I can't determine what all the transition paths actually are. 

If you are not an administrator you are going to need to consult with an administrator of your system to get more information about this workflow and an explanation of the transition paths.
